Why does diagnostics come before everything else?
Because most companies misdiagnose their growth problems. They think they need more traffic when the real issue is conversion. Or they think they need a redesign when the problem is messaging. Diagnostics ensures we solve the right problem first — saving weeks of wasted effort.
What if we already have good analytics in place?
Great — we'll validate that during diagnostics and move faster through the measurement phase. But in our experience, most companies overestimate their tracking quality. We often find gaps in attribution, missing events, or dashboards that measure vanity metrics instead of revenue impact.
Can phases overlap?
Yes, and they usually do. We start conversion experiments as soon as measurement is in place, and begin scaling winners immediately. The timeline is sequential in logic but overlapping in practice — which is how we compress a quarter's worth of progress into 12 weeks.
