Known for his ability to scale elite Data Engineering, Data Science, and BI organizations, Carlos has led cross-border teams across the United States, Germany, and throughout Latin America. He distinguishes himself by maintaining a hands-on mastery of the modern tech stack, from building custom MLOps platforms that slash operational costs to pioneering the use of agentic AI workflows to accelerate development.
With a foundation in Electronic and Computer Science Engineering and a Master's in Operational Research, Carlos bridges the gap between rigorous mathematical modeling and executive-level business strategy.
