Hector Prado is a seasoned operations leader with more than 20 years of experience driving high-scale, high-profitability projects across BPO industries, contact centers, and logistics. With a background in Electronic Engineering, a Master's in Foreign Trade, Logistics, and Customs Administration, and ongoing studies in Operations Research with Big Data, he brings a rare combination of technical depth and operational precision to every engagement.

Over the last seven years alone, Hector has assembled and launched more than five contact centers and call centers from the ground up, deploying omni-channel platforms and integrated environments built on technologies including Boberdoo, Connect First, Convoso, Five9, HubSpot, Invoca, Landscape, and Salesforce. His track record spans industries from logistics and warehousing to TDOA and beyond, consistently delivering measurable results at scale.

A natural leader with a highly analytical profile, Hector is known for transforming working teams into their best version. Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile Scrum Master, and Project Manager, he adapts frameworks and methodologies to fit what the business actually needs — not the other way around. He is a strong advocate for applying AI and Big Data analytics to company processes, ensuring more effective and efficient outcomes for both new and existing projects.
