How a solo experiment became a serious agency.
Almost 3 years ago, Flavio Rodrigues started Digital Sardine as a solo consulting experiment. What began as freelance PPC work slowly evolved into something bigger: a boutique performance marketing partner for high-growth B2C brands.
Over time, the business changed significantly — more and larger clients, more complex challenges, international scale, deeper strategic involvement, and expanded services into Meta Ads. With that came clarity around who they work best with and how they create the most impact.
That clarity is what drove a full rebuild of the Digital Sardine website. The old site was disorganized and didn't reflect the agency Digital Sardine had become. Flavio needed a partner who could translate the vision in his head into a clean, professional digital presence.
